We may collect account details such as name, email address, phone number, country, login data, workspace activity, billing plan selection, support messages, connected Instagram account metadata, campaign data, and usage events needed to operate the service.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate FindAndDM, provide account access, enable subscription checkout, deliver support, manage billing status, secure the service, improve product reliability, and communicate with users about their account or service activity.
Payment Information
Payment processing for Israeli checkout is handled through Morning/GROW. FindAndDM does not store full credit card details in its own application database. Billing-related information returned by the payment provider may be used to activate and manage subscriptions.
Third-Party Providers
FindAndDM may use external providers for authentication, database hosting, payment processing, email delivery, creator discovery, Instagram messaging connectivity, background jobs, and operational infrastructure.
Current or planned providers may include Supabase, Morning/GROW, Unipile, Resend, influencers.club, and Inngest.
Security
FindAndDM takes accepted security precautions designed to protect user information as much as reasonably possible, including server-side handling of sensitive credentials and restricted access to operational systems.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute protection.
