Terms of Service

FindAndDM provides software tools for creator discovery, campaign organization, Instagram account connection, controlled DM scheduling, and reply management. The service does not guarantee business results, influencer replies, sales, account growth, or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.

Users are responsible for using the service lawfully and in accordance with applicable platform rules, privacy requirements, and consumer protection rules.

FindAndDM may temporarily slow, limit, or pause access to specific features when usage is unusually high, automated, unreasonable, abusive, or likely to harm service availability, security, costs, or third-party service availability. These measures are intended to protect normal customer use and may be adjusted from time to time.

A purchase on the site may be made only by a customer who is 18 years of age or older. If a customer acts on behalf of a company or organization, the customer confirms that they are authorized to bind that organization.

FindAndDM offers paid subscription plans in addition to the free account. The active plan names, prices, billing cycles, and included features are shown on the Billing page before purchase.

Automatic card checkout through Morning/GROW is currently available for Israeli customers in ILS. Customers outside Israel may contact FindAndDM to complete billing through another supported method. Payment credentials are not stored in the browser by FindAndDM.

FindAndDM is a digital service. No physical shipment is provided.

After a successful subscription purchase, access to the purchased plan is expected to be activated in the user's account automatically or within a reasonable processing time. If access is not activated after a successful payment, the customer should contact support.

The service may rely on or operate together with third-party platforms and services, including Instagram and Meta. Their availability, policies, usage limits, and functionality are determined by those third parties and may change from time to time without FindAndDM's control.

FindAndDM takes reasonable measures designed to support proper and careful use of the service, but does not guarantee continuous availability of third-party services or that a third party will not change, limit, suspend, block, or prevent access to an account or specific functionality.

Subject to applicable law, FindAndDM will not be responsible for actions, restrictions, suspensions, blocks, changes, or failures taken or caused by a third-party platform or service, including with respect to the user's account or access to it.

A customer may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and the customer continues to receive the plan already paid for until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is given for unused days.

The same principle applies to annual subscriptions. A customer may cancel at any time, but the cancellation prevents the next annual renewal only. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid annual period, and no prorated refund is given for unused months.

Where a customer is entitled to cancellation or refund under applicable law, including relevant Israeli consumer rights, FindAndDM will act in accordance with the law. FindAndDM does not provide an additional money-back policy beyond what is required by law.

Paid subscriptions start after a successful checkout. Any free trial or delayed-charge offer applies only if it is explicitly shown during checkout.

An upgrade to a higher plan takes effect immediately. The customer is charged only the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period, and then the full price of the new plan in the next billing period.

A downgrade to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then, the customer continues receiving the plan already paid for, and no refund is given for the difference.

Non-use or limited use of the service does not entitle the customer to a refund, as long as the service was available to the customer during the paid period.

There is no automatic compensation mechanism for service issues. In the event of a significant issue caused by FindAndDM, a credit or refund may be granted at FindAndDM's discretion, depending on the circumstances and in addition to any right required by law.

If FindAndDM verifies that a customer was charged incorrectly or charged twice for the same billing event, the amount charged in error will be refunded.

FindAndDM is provided as a software service. The company and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, third-party platform restrictions, Instagram account actions, provider downtime, or results arising from how the customer uses the service, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
